Generous region. Enchanting grape varieties. The geography and richness of our region offer us a diversity of noble grape varieties that impart typicality and harmonious singularity to the wines of our region.
At Quinta da Raza, we give utmost priority to the grape varieties of the Vinho Verde Region, particularly those from the Basto sub-region, such as Azal and Padeiro.
We combine our native grape varieties like Azal, Arinto, Avesso, Vinhão, Padeiro, Trajadura, and Alvarinho in passionate blends, but we also let each grape express its identity in single-varietal wines.
