Deliveries and Returns
Delivery of your order
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery by UPS Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Returning your order
Under Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05, the customer can return purchased products within 14 days. To this end, you must inform Quinta da Raza by e-mail: geral@quintadaraza.pt or telephone::+351 255 368 159 and we will notify you of the return process, to be completed within 30 days. You must also return the order in the same condition as you received it. Quinta da Raza reserves the right to refuse items that do not fulfill these conditions.
If your order has arrived in poor condition, you should return it as soon as possible, taking photographs of the packaging and damaged product and sending them to Quinta da Raza by e-mail: geral@quintadaraza.pt. Quinta da Raza will resolve the issue, schedule delivery, and inform the customer of the return date.
