WINEMAKING PROCESS

Manual grape crop into small boxes (20 Kg). Grapes destemmed and then pressed at low pressures. Fermentation in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.

TASTING NOTES

“Raza” white is has bright citric color, very fresh wine, with a fruity and pleasing aroma, and with balanced acidity.

HARMONIZATIONS

This wine is delicious served with salads, shellfish, fish or light meals.

There's a touch of spritz on the palate and then a quite unexpected,‘chewy' pear-fruit palate. It was first in the flight and all I can say is that it made me smile — a lot.
