Inácio Xavier Teixeira de Barros
Responsible for the reconstruction of Casa do Outeiro in Veade, Celorico de Basto, in 1860, following the fire that destroyed much of it. In 1856 Inácio married Teresa do Carmo Teixeira Coelho de Freire de Andrade (1832-1917).
1868 - 1950
ERNESTINA DE BARROS TEIXEIRA COELHO
Daughter of Inácio and Teresa, and married to Miguel Maria de Barros Teixeira Coelho (1868-1935), she managed the property with great care and warmth. In 1922 she built the first stone tanks at Casa do Outeiro with the aim of making wines no longer made by artisanal winemakers.
1910 - 1987
INÁCIO XAVIER DE BARROS TEIXEIRA COELHO
An agronomist engineer, he was the son of Ernestina and Miguel and administrator of Casa do Outeiro after the death of his mother. He involved himself in the cultivation of a large apple orchard, cattle rearing and vineyard management, delivering the grapes produced there to the local cooperative winery. In 1940 he married Maria Teresa de Barros Teixeira da Mota (1913-2001).

MARIA JOSÉ DE BARROS TEIXEIRA COELHO
Daughter of Inácio and Maria Teresa, and responsible for passing on the legacy and passion for viticulture to her son José Diogo, the current producer.
1970
JOSÉ DIOGO TEIXEIRA COELHO
Winemaker and producer, son of Maria José, he has managed Quinta da Raza, formerly owned by Casa do Outeiro, since 1987. In 1996, he married Mafalda Pulido Garcia Cardoso de Menezes. Quinta da Raza, Sociedade Agrícola e Comercial Lda. Currently produces the Raza products wines under the brands Quinta da Raza, Dom Diogo and Raza.
