DELIVERIES AND RETURNS
DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER
Our orders are prepared from Monday to Friday, on working days. Delivery times may change depending on external factors such as public holidays, weekends, festive dates, time zones or adverse weather conditions. If the courier tries to make a delivery and the customer is not at the address indicated at the time of receipt, the delivery time will change. However, we always warn the carrier with the telephone contact, when provided to us, to contact 30 minutes before each delivery.
After purchase and payment by the customer, the customer is notified via e-mail that the specific products have been purchased, the preparation is underway and the order has been dispatched.
The package is always accompanied by the relevant documentation, which you can track via the carrier's platform.
In general, after dispatch, the expected transit time is 48 hours.
The product comes in its own transport packaging.
RETURNING YOUR ORDER
Under Decree-Law 143/2001 and Decree-Law 82/2008 of 20/05, customers have the right to return purchased products within a maximum of 14 days. To do so, you must inform Quinta da Raza by e-mail: geral@quintadaraza.pt or telephone: :+351 255 368 159 and you will be informed of the return process, which will take place within 30 days. You must also return the order in the same condition as when you received it. Quinta da Raza reserves the right not to accept items that do not meet these conditions.
If your order has arrived in poor condition, you should return it as soon as possible, taking photographs of the packaging and the damaged product and sending them to Quinta da Raza by e-mail: geral@quintadaraza.pt. Quinta da Raza will resolve the issue, schedule collection and inform the customer of the return date.
