In the Special Family Collection range, we celebrate some of our most iconic wines with distinctive grape varieties, which reveal another facet of Vinho Verde. Quinta da Raza Espumante Bruto 2021, made using the classic method (Méthode Champenoise), where the combination of Alvarinho, Avesso, and Arinto grape varieties produces a very elegant sparkling wine with fine, persistent bubbles; Quinta da Raza Vinha de Lamelas, 100% Gouveio, Quinta da Raza Family Collection No. 3, a limited edition blend of Alvarinho (80%), Gouveio (12%), and Avesso (8%), fermented in 500-liter French oak barrels aged 5 years, in which it underwent bâttonage for 12 months on fine lees; finally, Quinta da Raza Vinha de Cerdeiredo 2020, produced in theestate's oldest vineyard, is a Green Red with a distinctive concept, made from a wide variety of traditional red grape varieties, such as Vinhão, Azal Tinto, Borraçal, Rabo de Ovelha, Espadeiro, Touriga Nacional, Amaral, and Espadeiro.

• Commented tasting of four wines: three from the Special Family Collection range—Quinta da Raza Vinha de Lamelas 2022, Quinta da Raza Family Collection No. 3, and Quinta da Raza Vinha de Cerdeiredo 2020—as well as Quinta da Raza Espumante Bruto 2021.
• Pair with traditional bread, toast made from organic Portuguese preserves and a board of regional sausages and cheese.
