This wine is the result of a rigorous selection of our Padeiro, Espadeiro and Vinhão grapes, the result of a perfect harmony between modern techniques and tradition. The grapes are harvested by hand into small boxes. Vinification is carried out by pressing the grapes at low pressure, followed by alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Before bottling, the wine is carefully filtered and stabilized by the action of cold.
