Surprisingly smooth and delicate, it presents intense aromas of white pulp fruit with mineral nuances that unfold as the wine evolves in the glass. It has excellent aging potential, developing additional complexity, mouthfeel, and flavor.

WINEMAKING PROCESS

This wine results from a rigorous selection of our best Gouveio grapes, from a single terraced vineyard. The grape crop is picked manually into small boxes. The grapes are destemmed and then pressed at low pressure. Fermentation takes place in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Before bottling, the wine is filtered and cold stabilized.

TASTING NOTES

Intense white-fleshed fruit aromas that emerge as the wine evolves in the glass. Notes of rich and mature fruit make the wine gain another dimension in the mouth where it is surprisingly smooth and delicate.
