In Raza Pet-Nat Branco and Rosé (short for “Petillant-Naturelle,” meaning naturally sparkling), fermentation is completed in the bottle, capturing all the pleasant natural carbonation. In Raza Curtimenta, fermentation takes place in centuries-old granite wine presses using foot-treading.
